When I sign into the app the first time it tells me I put in the incorrect password. Well I didn't. I had it so I could see the password to make sure it was right. Cause sometimes I hit the wrong number. So then I have to sign in a second time. Same password and same numbers and letters. Signs me in right away. It's very annoying and inconvenient. When this is fixed I will fix my review.

I have pretty much always had a great experience depositing a check....I have been with Northwest Bank for years now and honestly have only had one or two bad experiences and both were when I first opened an account here and both were easy fixes once I realized it was my issue and not the bank at the time but I'll be a value client/customer for as long as you will have me thank you and happy 4th of July.

Difficult to navigate, and apparently the auto pay feature doesn't work if they raise your mortgage rate. Really great of them to give me a heads up that I'd need to cancel and create a new autopay when they raised my rate and sent me a letter about that! First late payment of my life and the money was sitting there in an account that I only use for this. I went through 2 phone calls and 9 chats to try to get my money back. Chat feature also doesn't work. Nice!!!
