Difficult to navigate, and apparently the auto pay feature doesn't work if they raise your mortgage rate. Really great of them to give me a heads up that I'd need to cancel and create a new autopay when they raised my rate and sent me a letter about that! First late payment of my life and the money was sitting there in an account that I only use for this. I went through 2 phone calls and 9 chats to try to get my money back. Chat feature also doesn't work. Nice!!!

Was looking forward to the new and improved version of online banking. Very disappointed. Was able to get set up and logged in, not able to access the features or look at my accounts/activity. Logged out, tried to log back in, and it won't even let me in! Very inconvienient! Hope this is resolved soon, I relied on it! Don't fix it if ain't broke.

This update has made the UI far less mobile friendly and generally less usable than the previous. Also I have had a lot of issues getting logged in with this version and keep having to change my password. Needs A LOT of work still. Please just delete this app and let us use the previous version. It worked most of the time atleast. I think everyone would appreciate it.
