I hate this app! I would give it zero stars if I could. "Fast Balances" never works, always saying an error occurred. I keep having to opt back in to it but it doesn't help. The app itself is also very confusing to navigate, and it's visually unappealing. If I didn't need quick access to my bank account, I would uninstall the darn thing.

I already left a review yesterday with 1 star. I'd love to take even that 1 star away, but apparently you can't give them a zero. I can't express enough how much I hate this new app!! Enough that I'm going to switch banks as soon as this month's bills go through. The fact that I'm willing to go through the inconvenience of changing over all of my auto payments/ withdrawals indicates how awful this is. The navigation and graphics aren't nearly as clear as previously on the old!!

Was looking forward to the new and improved version of online banking. Very disappointed. Was able to get set up and logged in, not able to access the features or look at my accounts/activity. Logged out, tried to log back in, and it won't even let me in! Very inconvienient! Hope this is resolved soon, I relied on it! Don't fix it if ain't broke.
