It's a dedicated tool for managing attendance and membership fees for ongoing communities such as youth baseball teams, PTAs, and clubs.

■ Main Features

【Attendance Management】
When you create an event, it automatically compiles attendance responses from members. You can see at a glance who hasn't responded, and send reminder notifications with a single tap.

【Family Group Responses】
If you register family members, one household representative can respond on behalf of all children. Responses by household, such as "older brother will attend, younger brother will not," are also easy.

[Automatic Fee Calculation and Reconciliation]
By setting fee categories such as grade level and gender, the app automatically calculates the fee for each participant. Recording and reconciling payment status (cash, PayPay, bank transfer, etc.) is completed within the app. Grade level is automatically determined based on the event date, so there's no need to reset settings at the start of a new academic year.

[Announcement Distribution and Organizer Chat]
Includes announcement distribution to all participants and a chat function for organizers to communicate with each other. Important messages won't get buried in individual chats.

[Invitation by Simply Sending a URL]
Gather members by simply sharing a group invitation URL. Participation is by organizer approval, ensuring security.

[Supports One-Time Events]
Even without creating a group, it can be used to manage attendance and fees for one-time events such as drinking parties and BBQs.

• Child information is registered with the consent of the parent or guardian.
• Optional allergy information is only displayed to members of the same group and disappears when you leave the group.
• Photos posted in the chat are saved after location information (GPS) has been removed.

All features are available for free (with ads).
For those who wish to remove ads, we offer a plan of ¥120 per month / ¥1,200 per year.

■ Important Note
Hosmane is a "management tool" for calculating membership fees and recording payments. There is no in-app money transfer or payment function. For actual collection, please use cash or your usual payment service.
