About this app

NoSignal Find helps you locate friends in crowded places when there’s no internet — festivals, malls, campuses, airports, and more.

How it works:
1. Agree on a 4-digit PIN with your friend
2. Both open the app and tap Start finding
3. Get notified when you’re in range (Bluetooth + Wi‑Fi Nearby)
4. Walk toward a stronger signal (warmer / colder)
5. Chat offline after both phones connect

No accounts. No server. No mobile data required.
Messages travel directly between phones over a local connection.

For best results:
• Turn on Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, and Location
• Keep the app open on both phones
• Use the same PIN

Permissions explained:
• Bluetooth / Nearby Wi‑Fi — discover and connect to your friend’s phone
• Location — required by Android for Nearby/Bluetooth scanning (not used to track you on a server)
• Notifications — alert you when your friend comes into range
