After several revisions, the app is more functional, and it does what it should do. I cannot say the same for the service connected to it. The "neighbors" targeted by this program are not what you might expect. More than 100 postcards have been returned in 3 months because of inaccurate addresses. Many of the "neighbors" had moved months or years prior. Some of the "neighbors" of the listings were the actual people listing their house or the recent buyer. Whenever these issues are discussed with inside real estate, they want more information, copies of postcards, more research--all for a "SYSTEM THAT RUNS ITSELF." And at the end of the day, they explain that the service is new and they're "working on it." Perhaps others are having more luck than I am...
