I like the new gameplay they went for here, but they leaned in WAY too hard with it. Earn to Die was always about driving through zombies and obstacles to reach the end of the level, so why is that so secondary to the new on-foot gameplay?? You don't even get all the parts of your 1st car until after area 2, which is at least 60 ROOMS (fights, minus the few treasure rooms) AWAY. That's with 2 perfect runs 1st try, btw. If it was swapped, it'd be better. I wanted a car, any car, but got feet.

The game good for casual play, but super annoying to advance in because it artificially limits your progress by a lot. Many things are designed to make you buy upgrades or watch ads. The daily missions are the limiting factor in progress (they're linked to the driving mini game, as well as upgrades unlocks) and there are very few of them, even with watching ads to unlock more. It resets every 24 hours, and it seems like they make the last 1 or 2 missions intentionally impossible to complete.

This game was really fun when I first downloaded it, but they seemed to have recently added the frog enemy, which made the game extremely hard to the point I can't progress anymore, and the car aspect of the game is essentially dependant on the roguelike part of the game (which would be fine if it wasn't so difficult) the frogs would honestly be fine if they didn't seem to move at lighting speeds. While the game is still kinda fun and a great time killer, I pretty much can't progress.
