Literally nothing works in this app. I'm supposed to go pick up my delivery but I don't know where it is exactly, so I decided to try this app. It just shows a static page with some links, but tapping rhe links does nothing. None of them work. I tried their website too (ems.dz), and it's not much better. All I need is a map or a list of their agencies so that I can get my stuff, but alas. Embarrassing, but unfortunately par for the course when it comes to Algerian government apps/sites.

Still works, but stucks in one page from time to time. Some menu items are not functioning good probably API backend is changing or not stable. Hopes it get fixed soon and specially important functions: tracking (link to other foreign number), notification, POI's listing, i18n (Ara, even Eng and Zgh/Kab). I think some comments go way far evaluating mail service, which I think out of place here. Happy to hear EMS/UPU in Algeria. It will push the company to ameliorate the service.

EMS is a scam company! They refused to deliver my item to my address and instead told me over the phone to travel 100 km to their central office to pick it up. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Never use EMS — they are scammers. Just look at the terrible reviews on the Play Store.
