NoteFusion: Tonic Solfa Notes

Fransix66 Inc

About this app

Hum a tune, sing a hymn, record your choir or paste a song link. NoteFusion writes it out in tonic solfa (movable doh) and staff notation, with the words under the notes.

Made for choir directors, church musicians, worship teams, music teachers and every singer who reads solfa.

Try it properly, for free
• 3 full transcriptions every week, no card needed.
• A recording is read for its first three minutes, not a 20-second taste .
• No ads in the app.
• Need one more song this week? Buy that one song, with no subscription

What you get
• Tonic solfa written the hymn-book way: doh from the key, la-based minor, chromatics named de, ra, fe, ta and the rest.
• Staff notation of the same notes, in bars, with the key and time signature.
• Not sure of the doh? NoteFusion shows the likely ones and lets you choose, instead of guessing
• Transpose for your choir in one tap: the solfa stays the same, the staff moves to the new key • Play it back and correct any note • Download a PDF to print or share • Every sheet is kept in your Library, and the ones you open stay on your phone for when you are offline.

From any source
• Hum, sing or play into the microphone • Upload a recording or a video from your phone
• Paste a YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music link and choose the part of the song you want (Pro, or a song you buy)
• Import sheet music (MusicXML, MIDI or ABC) and read it in tonic solfa

For choirs
• Record your choir singing in parts: soprano, alto, tenor and bass come back as separate lines.
• Alto, tenor and bass written under any tune, the way a hymn book prints them (Pro; one free to try).
• Learn my part: your part loud and the others soft, two bars looped, slowed to half speed if you need it.
• The choir plan: one plan for a director and up to 25 singers, with sheets shared to the whole choir.

Hymns
• 250 hymns with their words and over 500 more hymn tunes in tonic solfa and staff notation, on your phone
• Sing a hymn we hold and NoteFusion recognises it and offers you the hymnbook's version.
