About this app

Arriving only to realize it's too late is usually the case.

NotesMap creates a memo pad for each frequently visited location: things you missed last time, things you need to remember to bring next time—all are marked on sticky notes. Even if the app isn't open, it automatically pops up when you reach the door.

■ One location, a collection of sticky notes

Reminders are "one task, one location," NotesMap is "one location, multiple sticky notes":

Six types of sticky notes: Avoid, Note, Reminder, Recommendation, Comment, To Do. The first five are long-term memories; they won't disappear after being viewed.

Only To Do can be checked off.

■ It pops up automatically when you reach the door

The notification directly displays the content, not just telling you "you have a reminder."

It also supports departure reminders (take an umbrella when leaving home) and complete do-not-disturb settings: Maximum one reminder per day for the same location, no more reminders today, pause for 7 days.

■ Remember locations, don't record routes

Arrival determination is entirely done on your phone, without going through our servers.

・Does not record where you've been or how long you stayed

・No ads, no tracking

When sharing locations with family members for joint maintenance, neither party can see the other's location.

■ Family care doesn't have to be verbal every time

Grandpa lives in Kaohsiung, you're in Taipei.

You leave a message at a vegetarian restaurant near his house saying "This isn't vegan."

When Grandpa passes by, his phone will remind him.

But you'll never know where he went.

■ Six ways to create locations

Search for restaurants, long press on a map, create from current location, create with a photo, voice command

(Voice is transcribed into text on the device; recordings are not uploaded), share a single location from Google Maps.

Fastest way to create a location: Take a picture of a sign, and the location will list nearby candidate stores. Select one, and the location will be created.

The photo automatically becomes the first sticky note for that location, and you can also enable "Remind me when I arrive."

Those with a large number of saved locations can import them into Google Takeout batches. Reviews written on Google will also be converted into sticky notes.

Unlimited locations and sticky notes; location reminders can be set at any location, with 10 free locations available simultaneously, which can be changed at any time.

A PRO plan (shared editing space, unlimited shared gatherings, automatic synchronization) will be launched in the future,

but the core location reminder function will never be compromised.

--- Location Alerts:

Arrival and departure alerts rely on iOS's geofencing mechanism and are affected by location permissions, location accuracy, power saving mode, and system resource scheduling. They may be delayed or fail to trigger under insufficient conditions. Do not use them for emergency, medical, or personal safety purposes where missing an alert could cause harm.
