About this app

Notework is a shared workspace for small teams: team docs, project plans, tasks, and issues in one place that stays organized. The Android app is a full client, not a read-only companion. Create, edit, comment, search, and track work from your phone or tablet.

Pages: write the work down
Specs, handbooks, meeting notes, and decisions in a real page editor with headings, lists, checklists, images, and files. Comments attach to the exact block they are about, and version history keeps what changed.

Projects: give it a clear home
Group work by product, team, client, or initiative. Keep a project open to the whole workspace, or private to the people involved.

Collections: track what changes
Tasks, issues, roadmaps, and content plans as a table, board, list, calendar, timeline, or gallery. Every item opens as a full page, so the context stays attached to the work.

AI that asks first

Mention @Notework in a Slack thread and it reads the conversation, drafts the page or collection entry, fills in the obvious fields, and waits. Review and confirm the proposal from the app. Nothing is created until you say so. Notework AI is available on Team workspaces.

Move in without starting over

Import Notion exports, CSV files, and Markdown from the web app. Databases become collections with their properties, and nested pages keep their hierarchy. Export pages as Markdown, HTML, or PDF whenever you need them elsewhere.
