NotifyIf gives you a simple safety check-in timer and notifies the trusted contacts you choose if you do not check in on time.

Set a check-in interval, add your Notify Buddies, and start your timer. Check in before the timer expires to reset it. You can pause and resume an active check-in when your plans change.

Optional location sharing can add useful context to a missed check-in alert. When you enable it, NotifyIf can collect an adaptive route in the background during an active check-in, including while the screen is locked or the app is not visible. If the timer expires, your trusted contacts can receive the last reported location and a private link to the recorded route. Location sharing is optional and controlled from the app.

NotifyIf stores pending positions in an encrypted queue when connectivity is unavailable and retries delivery when a network returns. A persistent Android notification shows while background location collection is active.

NotifyIf supports email and SMS alert preferences, contact consent status, and clear tracking status while a location-enabled check-in is active.

NotifyIf is a safety aid, not an emergency response or monitoring service. It does not replace emergency services.

What’s new

You now stay signed in until you sign out or go 30 days without opening NotifyIf. Location permission is asked for when you turn location on. The settings screen now sets the timer, message, and location with one Save button. New welcome screen, a fuller About screen with the terms and text-message details, and clearer alert-delivery progress. Smaller fixes and wording improvements.
