Looking for a place to live as a couple means two browsers, two discussion threads, and
listings sent back and forth without knowing which ones the other has already seen.

NotreToit is a shared space: a single place for the properties you both follow,
visible to both of you, and updated in real time.

WHAT YOU DO HERE

• Add a property from the listing link, with its photos, price, and
address.

• Review it together, or reject it—and keep track of why.

• Schedule viewings, take photos on-site, and jot down what you saw
while it's still fresh in your mind.

• Compare to market prices using public transaction data.

• Make your decision, with the history of what you've visited right in front of you.

REALLY FOR TWO

One space, two members. When one adds a property, the other sees it appear.
Comments remain attached to the property rather than getting lost in a
conversation. One subscription covers your entire account: no need to pay twice.

THE FINANCING APPLICATION

Gather all the documents your broker or bank will ask for in one place—proof of identity, income, expenses, assets, bank statements—and submit the complete application all at once, without having to recreate it for each party.

WHAT IT COST

The Discovery package is free and allows you to track two properties simultaneously.

The Complete package removes this limit, keeps a history of excluded properties, and opens the Financing tab. No commitment required.

WHAT THERE ISN'T

No advertising. No reselling of your data. No agencies contacting you because you viewed an ad. Your properties, notes, and documents are for your exclusive use.
