NOTULIVE records your meeting, transcribes it into Indonesian, and then automatically compiles structured minutes. No more having one person busy typing and ultimately missing out on the discussion.

RECORD DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE

One button to start. Recording continues even if the screen is locked or you switch to another app, so you can leave your phone in the middle of the table and leave it alone.

You can pause and resume at any time. The results are saved as one complete file, not pieces that have to be pieced together.

WARNING IF THE SOUND IS TOO FAR AWAY

This is what sets NOTULIVE apart from ordinary recorders.

Microphone levels are monitored while you're recording. If a participant's voice is too far away and risks producing a messy transcript, the app notifies you immediately—not after the meeting is over and it's too late. Simply move your phone closer, and your hour-long meeting won't be wasted.

ALREADY HAVE AN OLD RECORDING?

Upload existing audio files and have them transcribed instantly, without needing to re-record them. You can do this through the app, or share them directly from other apps like the built-in recorder or WhatsApp.

UPLOADING THAT DOESN'T GIVE UP EASILY

The upload process runs in the background and persists even if the app is closed. If the signal drops midway, the upload retrys automatically.

You can monitor the progress from start to finish: uploading, trimming audio, transcribing sections, and compiling minutes.

SHARE AS PDF

Export minutes as a neat PDF ready to send to meeting participants. You can take just the minutes, or take a full transcript.

Action items can also be copied with one tap, pasted directly into a task app or group chat.

EVERYTHING IS NEATLY STORED

Every recording goes to your library and can be accessed at any time, complete with minutes and transcript. You can rename and delete them.

Transcriptions and minutes are done in Indonesian, including for mixed-language and informal meetings—as is common here.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

One account is only active on one device. If someone logs in elsewhere, your session ends and the app notifies you of the reason. Passwords can be changed within the app, and account deletion can be requested at any time.
