Don't bother downloading the app or the content before you arrive at the museum as it won't work once you're there. Use the free guest WiFi at the museum to download the app so you can access the audio guide. If the app worked as intended I'd have given it more stars.

This was my 3rd visit to the Louvre. Previously I had gone with a guide which had been wonderful and a great introduction. This time I had the app which I absolutely adored. Just enough information, and excellent choice of items highlighted. I had a fabulous day and hope to visit again next time I visit the region. I also want tell you I was mesmerized by your special exhibition, exhibits are truely amazing. The time lines and explanations of the significance of these trade routes is great.

Dreadful app. Crashed every 5 minutes either on WiFi or mobile. Every time it crashed I had to scroll through the entire list of rooms to get back to the objects being viewed. Map poor, the photo lookup just delivered the wrong information, gave up it. Poor impression given for the museum
