NOUTCHE Crew is the internal mobile application exclusively for field agents of NOUTCHE IMMOC, a professional cleaning company based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

This application is strictly reserved for NOUTCHE IMMOC employees. Public registration is not possible. Login is only possible with a personal agent code issued by the employer (AGT-XXX format).

▸ MAIN FEATURES

- Secure authentication: Login via personal agent code, no password to remember. The session remains active on the agent's device.

- Schedule consultation: Agents can view their list of assignments for the day (client address, start and end times, type of service, estimated duration, assigned teammates).

- Real-time mission tracking: Agents can start an assignment with a single tap (automatic timestamp with GPS geolocation for on-site arrival tracking), and then mark it as completed upon arrival.

- Before/After Photo Capture: The agent takes photos before and after the service directly from the app using the camera. The images are geotagged, time-stamped, compressed, and securely sent to the company's server.

- Service Checklist: For each type of service (Airbnb turnaround, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning), the agent has a customized checklist that they check off as tasks are completed.

- Client Electronic Signature: At the end of the service, the client signs directly on the agent's phone screen to validate the service. The signature is recorded and included in the service report.

- Automatic Service Report: Once the job is completed and the signature is obtained, the system automatically generates a professional report sent to the client by email (times, photos, observations, signature).

▸ PERMISSIONS USED AND WHY

- Camera: only for taking before/after photos and capturing the client's signature.

- Geolocation: only during the duration of a service call to time-stamp the start and end of the service. No background tracking.

- Local storage: to temporarily store photos in case of network outages (delayed sending once the connection is restored).

- Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

- No advertising, no third-party trackers, no commercial sharing of data.

- Data is accessible only to authorized NOUTCHE IMMOC employees.
