Ratings and reviews

The app functioned only once after I downloaded it 2 months ago. It then started to freeze whenever I pressed login after entering my password. After that experience, I have deleted and reinstalled the Nouvoconnect app several times, but it never functioned again. Today, I decided to try to delete and reinstall the app once again & again it freezes whenever I press the login botton. This is very frustrating, due to the fact that it is also not possible to login on the Nouvobanq website 😕

Online transfer is disabled by default. Pretty disappointing that I have to fill a form physically at the bank to enable it. I thought the whole point of the App was to reduce number of people coming to the bank and make life easier. Many secure ways to verify customers without needing physical presence. UI is ok but could be simpler.

The app that was being used before was better. I could use this new one I think twice, now I can only enter my Login and password and it does not even open the page. However when I press the return button, it's asking if I'm sure I want to log out, but I'm still stuck on the Login Page. We use the mobile banking because it's easier to access our accounts without having to go down to the bank.
