About this app

NOVA HR is a mobile app for employees who sign in against a server URL and credentials provided by their organization. It is a client for workforce and HR workflows: you use it online to interact with your employer’s backend, not as a standalone offline HR system.

The app is intended for staff who need to record attendance, submit and track time-off requests, submit other approval-related requests with optional documents, view related history, and read in-app notifications supplied by the organization’s systems. Profile and language preferences are part of the experience where the backend exposes them.

Key features :
- Sign-in with organization server URL, email, and password; session secured with on-device storage where implemented
- Check-in and check-out attendance, including camera and location use when the workflow requires them (per OS permission prompts)
- Optional biometric authentication on supported devices where enabled
- Time-off (leave) requests and history
- General approval requests, document attachments, and approval history
- Attendance and vacation history views
- In-app notifications loaded from the organization’s APIs
- PDF-related export or printing support for content the app already shows
