The (new) application is simply one of the worst that I've ever used. The numerous problems seems to also affect their whole IT stack, including the backend. The migration took months when nothing worked, not even the energy bills were emitted. After all the waiting, we (the customers) struggle with a something that is barely usable (when it works at all). The icing on the cake is that the previous system was quite good. And no info. when (or if) the things will start to work better.

Bad bad app... Login issues and password reset can't be performed

it's worse than previous version. I don't know why they approved this app instead of keeping the old one. There are lots of bugs and seems/feels slower.
