One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app, mainly because of communication and customer service. The support team is extremely unprofessional and, at times, outright impolite. Every time I reached out with an issue, I was promised it would be solved — but nothing ever was. Instead of fixing the problem, they just kept buying time, giving excuses and empty assurances. No follow‑up, no real solution, and no accountability.

asked for a CLEAR LIST of all the deals that are in the app, living in a relatively remote area, saying the only reason I'd have to cancel the wonderful deal they offered (57$ for 18 months) is if I have no use. asked my friend who got it FOR FREE she did not recommend, since no offers in our area. btw, i don't care that you can't block the offer that now has to come out of your salary. update:customer service recontacted and sent me a list. nice, but late :( customer service dpt is very helpful

Most of the things on the app already give discounts without you having to pay for it. The places advertised are already too expensive and offer very little discounts on the app. And don't get me started on the pools which the advertise the most on the app and only apply to ladies and most won't let single men enter without a lady. So you get 50% for something expensive and pay more.
