Facilities post the shifts and tasks they need covered. NovaConsulting matches those openings to available providers based on role, grade, availability, and location, so the right people reach the right shifts quickly.

LOCATION SHARING

For active shifts, you can choose to share your live location so coordinators can see your position and dispatch tasks efficiently. Location sharing is optional, controlled by an in-app toggle, and can be turned off at any time. Background location is used only while you have sharing enabled for a current shift.
