About this app

NovaEduc is the educational management platform used by private schools and public school systems to monitor school life in a single application — for administrative staff, teachers, parents, and students.

IMPORTANT: Access to NovaEduc is via credentials provided by the contracting educational institution. The application does not allow open registration — your school must already be using the platform.

Academic Module
• Class diary, grades, and report card
• Attendance and absence control
• Classes, subjects, and class schedule

Financial Module (for parents and administrators)
• Tuition and payment slip/PIX consultation
• Accounts receivable and payable (administrative use)
• Monitoring of overdue payments

Communication
• Direct messages between teachers, parents, and school staff
• Notifications of events and important announcements

School Documentation
• Issuance of documents, transcripts, and statements

Facial Recognition (when enabled by the institution)
• Support for attendance control via facial recognition, with capture done only by the device's camera and with the express authorization of the educational institution.

Access Profiles
• Administrative staff and managers
• Teachers (class diary, grades, attendance)
• Guardians (monitoring dependents)
• Students (grades, attendance, schedule)

PRIVACY AND DATA

NovaEduc operates in an isolated environment per institution — each school or school network has its own data environment, without sharing between different institutions.
