About this app

NOVA Driver is the internal work app for delivery drivers of NOVA Phuket Rent, a motorbike and car rental company in Phuket, Thailand. Access is granted only to approved company drivers.

WHAT DRIVERS DO IN THE APP

- See assigned and available delivery and pickup tasks with dates, times and locations
- Take a task from the shared pool with one tap
- Open the route in maps, call or message the customer
- Run the vehicle handover inspection: odometer, fuel level, condition, damage notes, photos and video
- Collect the customer signature on the device
- Record rent payments and deposits, including foreign currency
- Track cash on hand and hand it over to the office
- Report problems to a manager straight from the task
