Hire Lanka Taxi App is an all-in-one taxi booking platform designed for both customers and drivers in Sri Lanka. Whether you're a regular passenger, a cab service, or a business client, Hire Lanka Taxi App makes it easy to connect with verified drivers and book rides securely.
Key Features:
o Dual Access: Both customers and drivers can register using a phone number and password with SMS verification for security.
o Customer Types: Three customer types—Normal Customer, Cab Service, and Business Customer—each tailored to specific booking needs.
o Driver Profile Management: Drivers can edit their profile by adding their full name, date of birth, ID card number, email, and vehicle details (type, model, location, photo), Add New Vehicle
o Driver Registration Approval: Drivers upload a registration fee slip for admin approval before becoming eligible to accept hire requests.
o Post & Match System: Customers create a hire post by selecting their district. Posts are visible only to drivers in the same district, reducing irrelevant matches.
o Driver Notifications: Drivers receive notifications for new hire posts in their area and can send hire requests directly through the app.
o Admin & Cab Service Approval: For Normal and Business Customers, hire requests from drivers require admin approval. For Cab Service customers, requests can be accepted directly by the cab service.
o End Hire & Payment: After completing a hire, drivers can end the trip and collect payment. Cab Service customers can also update payments, driver need to a pay 10% fee to cab service.
o Two Hire Types for Cab Service Customers:
o Standard Hire: Specify pickup district, Condition ( AC/Non-AC preference), vehicle type, model, pickup & drop-off location, date, time, passenger & luggage count, contact info, and an alternate phone number.
o Basic Hire: Simply describe your trip needs, pickup district, and provide contact info.
o Secure Posting: Only verified, registered phone numbers can post hire requests—minimizing fake bookings and ensuring trust.
o View History: Both customers and drivers can view their hire history, assigned hires, and completed posts in the app.
