I keep trying to finish a short story, but even after I bought enough coins, the app wont even show the unlock tab anymore. I'm NOT subscribing, especially not for 1 short story, that's maybe 10 chapters. I know I wont getto use this app enough to even bother with a subscription, anyway. This ALSO WONT convert bonus coins to be used. Wasted $3. Going back to the few other reading apps I have, that mostly work correctly. Sorry.

Like other reviewers, I've read to make sure I didn't waste my time. Getting a subscription would be a waste of time! They have a wide selection but many are very very similar. There are a lot of typos for Novela to say in response to reviews that they are "quality" texts. If you are not far into the enticingly advertised text that caught your eye, STOP!!! It's too expensive!!! You'd spend $500 or more a book or $30/wk to $200-$300/yr as a subscription. After subscribing the app gets glichy.

Downloaded this app bc it was advertised as "completely free reading" but on Chapter 10 you get hit with the "unlock this chapter by watching X# adds", then 3 more in it asks you to pay $19.99/week for unlimited access; story was okay except a few grammar errors. I'd rather go to a used book store and get 2-3 books for every $20 I'm spending thanks very much.
