While booking, the app will show you a price range (for instance, it showed me Rs 500-600) and then when I got to the destination, the price was suddenly 800+ on the driver's end (and the driver said out of the 800, Rs 150+ is commission?). Uber is way cheaper and the price is fixed unless there's a change in route or traffic

The app worked very well in the beginning. But now it just doesnt work anymore. It wont search for a particular location. If i search for one kind of location, the search results would show locations that are completely opposite to the one i searched for. And i have to sign up everytime i open the app and it takes a lot to time to load. I was very happy with these services being introduced but now i'm just disappointed with it. I have stopped using it because it pisses me off.

Very Good service.Courteous drivers. No cancellation faced so far. Drivers call courteously on CAB booking. Booked a ride for 7 days ahead surprised to get driver Number, Vehicle number assigned at that very moment I booked the ride , this facility doesn't exist in Ola and Uber apps . One issue the developer has to deal with is that the fare shown at booking should not vary grossly when ride is complete. Calculation should be accurate taking into account all relevant factors for fare charging.
