This cab app asks for excessive permissions — contacts, call logs, SMS, storage, mic, and camera — none of which are needed for booking a ride. For a cab booking service, only location and notifications are logically necessary. This isn’t convenience — it’s data mining tool under the guise of utility and a threat to personal security and should be avoided.

The app worked very well in the beginning. But now it just doesnt work anymore. It wont search for a particular location. If i search for one kind of location, the search results would show locations that are completely opposite to the one i searched for. And i have to sign up everytime i open the app and it takes a lot to time to load. I was very happy with these services being introduced but now i'm just disappointed with it. I have stopped using it because it pisses me off.

Shows you an x amount at the time of booking and x + 70 at the time of completion of ride. Initially I though it was a one-off but it has happened four times in a row. Moreover, in Srinagar, drivers ask for extra money for no reason. They resort to cheap tricks in order to extort money especially from the elderly. You need to train the drivers to do the job properly. Lastly, the app is buggy and needs improvements.
