About this app

Novrika is a budget tracker that brings your expenses, debts and budget goals together in one place. Take a photo of a receipt and the expense is recorded for you. Income and expenses without a receipt can be added by hand.

RECEIPT SCANNING
Photograph a receipt; the amount, merchant and date are read by AI and saved as an expense. The receipt image is kept as well, so it is there whenever you want to look at it later.

INCOME AND EXPENSE TRACKING
Set a monthly budget goal and sort your income and expenses into categories. Use the add button on the summary screen to record items that come without a receipt, such as salary, rent or subscriptions. See at a glance how the month is going and how much you spent in each category.

DEBTS AND INSTALLMENTS
Record credit cards, loans and purchases paid in installments. Know in advance how much is due in which month, and archive debts once they are paid off.

WISH LIST
List what you want to buy and prioritise it against your budget. Plan which item comes up in which month.

PLANS
Open a separate budget for time-bound expenses, like a holiday, a wedding, or a move. Track what's been spent, how much you can spend today, and how much to set aside each month — all inside your plan.

37 LANGUAGES, 64 REGIONS
The interface is available in 37 languages. Currency, date format and exchange rates follow the region you are in.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
Receipt images can contain sensitive information, so we take this seriously.
- Receipt images are kept for at most 6 months and then deleted automatically. The amount and merchant read from the receipt remain in your budget history.
- You can delete your account from within the app. The request takes effect permanently after 15 days; you can change your mind during that time.
- Your records are stored on servers within the European Union and encrypted in transit.
- Your budget records and receipt images are not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

USAGE
The app is ad-supported; you do not pay to use it. You can also use it as a guest without creating an account; in that case your records stay only on your phone and receipt scanning is not available. Once you sign in, your data is linked to your account and receipt scanning is enabled. When you first open the app, you are asked to accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
