Terrible app, ever time I login i have to reset my login details, auto fill doesn't work, try to pay extra and by the time I've gone onto my bank app to approve, this app has timed out, absolutely awful app need serious upgrades to be a decent app for a finance company, especially the fact big companies use them. I honestly have nothing good to say about this app.

Try logging in and I was asked to create a 6 digit pin, then try to log in and am asked for the 7th digit of my pin ,its so annoying and frustrating ,a basic thing you can't get right !! Sent a message andxwas asked to e.mail which I had done 2 hours previous, their fingers on the pulse NOT !!

Garbage product. Trying for hours to get my 9 digit number to pay these people and it's impossible to get because the download agreement feature doesn't work. God forbid they put useful information in emails. Trash.

Simply log in as standard using the characters from your memorable word and then pop over to My Profile to choose a 6 digit PIN.
