About this app

Novus ERP is a multi-company enterprise management solution developed by Novus Software Technologies Inc. that brings together human resources and operational processes of organizations in a single mobile application.

This first version offers the Personnel Attendance Control (PDKS) module:

• Location-verified entry/exit: Employees record their start and end times of their shifts with GPS verification based on their defined workplace location. • Shift information: Daily shift, start/end times, and night shift tracking. • Monthly calendar: Daily viewing of entry/exit times, working hours, overtime, and absences. • Leave management: Creating leave requests, viewing leave history and balance. • Novus AI daily summary: Smart notifications summarizing your status throughout the day. • Nearby points and map: Viewing valid PDKS points in your vicinity.

Secure login and company-based access:

The application works with a unique company code for each organization. Users first verify the company code, then log in securely with their corporate email and password.

Novus ERP continues to grow; Personnel/Human Resources, Finance, Accounting and more modules will be added in future versions.
