About this app

NOVYSTA QSE is the mobile platform that manages your Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) from the field. Audits, accident reports, non-conformities, corrective actions, standards, and indicators: everything is centralized in a single, structured application synchronized with your organization.

- QSE Dashboard
Your key indicators are displayed on the homepage: days without a workplace accident, top 3 risks, open non-conformities, and outstanding actions. Get a clear overview of your organization's QSE status at a glance.

- Guided Audits
Conduct audits from your smartphone or tablet using templates defined by your organization. Features include structured responses (compliant/non-compliant/not applicable), automatic scoring, free-text comments, photo attachments, and electronic signatures for both the auditor and the auditee.

- Accident Reporting and Events
Report workplace accidents, commuting accidents, near misses, equipment incidents, and hazardous situations in real time. Record victims, equipment involved, circumstances, and follow-up actions. Complete traceability from the field.

- Field Non-Conformities
Report observations, minor non-conformities, major non-conformities, and improvement suggestions directly from your workstation. Photos, descriptions, and context (site, area) are captured in seconds.

- Corrective and Preventive Actions
Assignment to the right people, prioritization, deadlines, and follow-up until resolution. All actions related to a non-conformity, audit, or event remain connected.
