About this app

Configure, manage, and control NOWA water damage prevention systems in your home, cottage, condo, or commercial building with the PRESENCE app. The PRESENCE app is intuitive for both the user and the installer.

In a few clicks, visualize your complete system: valves, sensors, and control panel. At a glance, be assured that all your devices work properly and that there will be no surprises the day you need them.

Leaving for a few days? No problem. Close the valves from the control panel or remotely by using your smartphone.

A problem occurred? You will be able to easily identify which sensor detected something. All sensors are named based on their location in the property so you can quickly react.

Receive only the important notifications that let you know there was a leak or a system problem. You will also be notified as soon as the leak has been controlled.

Co-ownership manager or installer? Get access to multiple other functionalities to optimize installation management. Add, configure, or modify systems. Visualize all properties by address, floor, or unit. Issue the monthly and annual system compliance reports required by your insurer or syndicate of co-owners. Visualize all of your members’ or clients' systems to take charge of maintenance or repairs, be they in leak alert or simply at the request of the insurance company.

What’s new

New systems are quicker to set up: from firmware 2.10 onwards, you can skip the update step, finish the wizard straight away, then update at a moment that suits you. And as with every release, we keep polishing the app - small refinements, often invisible, that make the everyday experience a little smoother and more reliable.
