this app crashes all the time. I've been paying for their dms program for years paying over $800 a month, prices continue to rise, poor app management, freezes and crashes, takes forever to load back up. it prolongs my job and makes it frustrating, it crashes multiple times a day. I don't know how this app has 4.5 stars. I've had nothing but frustrations ever since I've had it but now I'm finally leaving a review. also deceptive practices I'd say with their booking page.

DealerCenter makes the entire deal process smooth and stress-free. Being able to upload documents directly into the system—especially for my CUDL deals—keeps everything organized and in one place. After trying platforms like Wayne Reeves and Frazer, it was an easy choice to switch to DealerCenter because they simply don’t offer the same capabilities or convenience. Haley walked me through everything and was incredibly patient. Thanks to her, doing deals has never been easier. Highly recommend

Son, Helped me understand Dealer Center better than I ever have before. As a general manager, I wear many hats. We have access to other dealer platforms: Frazier, AutoFunds. while not bad systems. Dealer Center, by far, had more options, and its interface is a lot smoother. Plus, customer support is awesome. They noticed that we weren't utilizing all the software features and contacted me and showed SO much more. if you're looking for dealership management software. They are the one to go with.
