Welcome to the Referral Tool: the app with which you can easily share open vacancies from your organization with people in your network — and get something in return!
With the Referral Tool you can see all vacancies within your organization in one overview. If you share a vacancy via WhatsApp, email or social media and someone applies via your link, you earn points. The further someone progresses in the application process, the more points you receive. Will your referral be accepted? Then you earn the points.
You can redeem your points in the Referral Shop. There you will find great products, gifts, experiences and team outings. Everything is already competitively priced, and you pay (partly) with your earned points. A nice additional employment condition!
