The app keeps crashing when i enter my phone number, i receive the OTP but before i can type it, i get back to the previous page to enter my phone number again

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star!!! The bill payment for the electricity is not working, and when I contacted customer service they said, there is no problem with the service, however, it's not working for more than 5 days now!!!! And it's not the first time!! I don't know what happened, but you have very poor customer service, they are not helpful by any means.
