To use now:u, you must have been enrolled into now:pensions by your workplace. You can set yourself up on now:u with your now:pensions account number, if you know it, and your National Insurance number.

1. Download the now:u app.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account and log in.
3. Enable face or fingerprint authentication for future access.

SECURITY

now:u uses modern encryption methods and two-factor authentication to keep your personal information as secure as possible.

For added peace of mind, the app automatically logs you out if you haven’t done anything for a while.
