I've just deemed £10 from my account balance. A message flashed up saying an error had occured. The £10 has disappeared from my balance but I haven't received my voucher. I have emailed the email address below. Edit: customer support sent my voucher. I'm now having issues just uploading my receipts. A message flags up saying your responses haven't been uploaded as there's no connection but I'm on my home WiFi....theres definitely a connection.

Constantly crashing with 'failed to load the survey' and no one even bothers to reply to you when you report the problem. The only advice ever given is to 'reinstall', but the app literally crashes ALL THE TIME. The bug forces you to endlessly reinstall the app, you literally have to reinstall each time when you try to submit new receipt. They know about the problem very well, they just don't care. Awful, awful customer service. As a person from IT industry : when you have a bug you FIX IT!

Great app. From time to time it's unable to upload survey which means you have to uninstall the app and reinstall. That's a bit of a faff but I have been receiving rewards no problem. Update. Yet again the survey fails to load and I have to delete and reinstall the app. After doing this and re entering all my details, they decided to lock my account. Currently waiting to here back. No I don't recommend.
