Though nice not having to go to the website all the time, the app is buggy, laggy and can crash at any time. This is not what most people want to see from a multimillion euro company, myself included. I do hope they inprove the app.
Overall good, but some small things really annoys: when I was going to UK, I ordered extra internet package. When ordered it, got notification "Jus saņemsiet SMS kad būs pieslēgts". I haven't received it in nearest time and even next day, therefore I pushed button to get package once more (in other place of GUI). As result I had to pay twice for it. Thanks to employe who I contacted, I got "discount" in my bill, however, all this situation is unpleasant and requested my time investment.

It re directs to homepage in way too many cases, i struggle to see the point of an app if it still sends you to the website. Last few days whenever I would login un to the app it was unavailable due to some kind of improvement works.
