Nice app easy to access except for the error code that usually happens when performing a transaction and also there's no need to input a password and again scan fingerprint before logging in, it's supposed to be an option using password or fingerprint to log in 🙏

I will just give you 4 stars, my reason for no give you 5 star is that up to date your application is not doing some functions while you mentioned it inside. If possible please make the application user friendly to the extent that your customer can manage loans, apply for loan etc. Once you modify it to that i am sure that no Microfinance Bank will compare himself with you.

Please why is it difficult to reset password if someone forgot his or her password. I forget my password and the reset code was sent to me and I entered the reset code but a message come up that say excess login and I should try again later, but it keep on saying the same thing whenever I entered the reset password
