The app is a good one but lots of improvement to be made. If one is using biometric option to open the app there should be no need to type in the password again as it's an option which should alternate between the finger print and the insert password. Again, when money is sent one cannot view the full receipt of transaction other than debit which when click on wld not show the definitn of the transaction.Lastly,the app doesn't send money anymore it debits which money will not get to destination

I'm am unable to login into the app since last year, keeps saying "Error could not process request"... I'm tired right now, and the bank USSD is still trash... nothing is just working... I have tried to access my money, and I have to travel very far to visit the branches you have in town and they keep giving me the same response please I need it looked into.. ASAP THANK YOU

My experience with this application is awful, and I believe the problem is from the bank. It never works ending of every month (at the most important time it's needed). Whenever salaries are paid, that's it! It will crash & never recover until first or second week of the following month. I'm giving you guys 1 star, you ain't getting anything more till you fix it.
