At the beginning everything about this app was fine but nowadays it seems totally disgusting... customer representatives were totally dumb they don't even know how to talk with customers...I don't recommend using this trash app

Very bad customer service,they don't even know how to talk... keeping problem with their application,they blame my phone,that you phone and internet connection is poor ..its been one week ,i repeatly facing issue with this app,i couldn't even do recharge on time .. When i open,ut automatically gets closed,says network error,restart phone... How many times i should restart and install the app again n again..

I have been using this app for 3 years. In this app simple transfer process fast transfer and reliable. I would like to say to all the Nepalis living in India. Use this app To get better service.
