every time i try to access vault app the calculator launch first .... how then do i access vault????

Outstanding application. Does what it says, period. Once password is set, don't, and I mean DON'T lose it or, "forget about it" (might as well uninstall. Contents is tighter than a...well you get the idea). Tried to change the password, so far no can do. I am now using the calculator to see what happens with the app

The update on May 29th was not good. The main reason is that I now can not get into my vault because of converting numbers into we words. I emailed for assistance but the vault staff didn't reply. I also have two vault accounts, not on purpose. The app stated that I needed to renew, but I later found out that it wasn't time to. This customer service needs an overhaul.
