Easily manage your account on the move by registering or logging in with your picknrg.com credentials. Our chat support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm EST, via the app.

Ratings and reviews

This app has never told me my usage and I can't even tell how much my bill is because I need to know my usage to calculate it and my electric bill is now not billing me all because NRG is not communicating. I have had my account since New years. I'm scared to be on a bill that isn't in my budget. That's why. Already in the payment plan because this happened with another company last year. Also, the app runs slow. 🏃‍♀️ like damn I can't catch a break.

Finally got logged in. Just wish I could see all of the plans available and not just my current one.

download app and try to register but my reference number won't register.
