horrible supplier with high rates and an app that doesn't work. stay away from them pick someone else.

I love this company so much. Not only my electric bill is less ,we just got a check for $44. for being a customer. I highly recommend this company.

When trying to login with my known credentials y'all making me change my credentials is dumb. It isn't a security best practice forcing people to do this. It already is a complex, unique password just for NRG, it should be fine to keep using it (or just not using a password at all and instead relying on something like a passkey with biometrics is so much better).
