The My NRG app provides a one-stop energy management to our Electricity and Natural Gas customers. View your account details, usage, rewards, change service plans and link smart devices. After you receive your first utility bill with NRG listed as your supplier, register for your My NRG login and access our app. Our Chat Support team is available Mon-Fri, 8 am-8 pm EST to answer your questions.
Features:
Access your NRG Electricity and Natural Gas plan details. Change/ renew plans when your current plan expires or is eligible for a change.
View your NRG Rewards - travel points/miles (redeemable with our partners), charitable contributions or cash back.
Add existing NRG accounts and monitor Usage by month and year.
Link your Electric Vehicle (Tesla, Jaguar I-Pace, Ford Mustang Mach-E), Nest Thermostat*, and Enphase Solar account to our app.
Call us, Chat with us or Email us with questions. View our FAQs and find your utility contact information to report an outage.

Worthless as far as I can tell. This is another factor in me regretting switching to this company. The only piece that seems to work is "my account" and that is slow af. So this app can tell me who I am, eventually, but can't show me my plan or usage. I guess I'll continue to wait for them to respond to my email...

Wish I could give them 0 stars. These people are straight up crooks!!!!! Cornered me in Walmart and signed me up without my consent. Now my electric bills are astronomical!!! $350/month.. for a tiny one bedroom apartment 😡😡😡

Hard to review the app as I'm never able to login. Fingerprint does not work. User name / password keeps giving "Sorry. We are working on a technical error. Please try back later." error.

What's new
With this release, we are providing an easier way to add Natural Gas Service for our eligible customers.
We have also enhanced our Electric Vehicle section to include Jaguar and Ford EV models and ability for all NRG customers to link their Electric Vehicle (EV).
Log in/ register your NRG account and access your utility service details.
