Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with an electric company. I highly recommend you do more research. Yes, they are very cheap, but if you run into any problems You will wish you paid the extra 2 or 3 bucks a month. To have a better electric company that will help you in times you need it. I wish I could cancel service with them right now. Because they have made me use 2 activation fees for one account.

I'm a new customer to cirro. I'm looking forward to lower bills. My problem is the app. I've tried several times to enter my account information, but it keeps v telling me my last name doesn't match their records. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times. Any suggestions.

Cirro continues to invite my usage of their app, but because I have signed multiple contacts with them over the years, I have a closed account and an open account. Because there is more than one account in my name, I can't use the app.
