The app works perfectly on August 24th. 2026. today is August 25th 2026 well I was trying to make a payment through the app I was unable to. I kept getting commented unable to process payment due to incorrect card information. even though I had a physical card on hand and typing everything correctly, I was not able to pay the light. at this point they disconnected the light. I'm unable to pay what's going on?

Amazing app! I can see daily usage which allows us to stay on top of our bill. I am also able to make informed decisions on when to adjust the thermostat, what time is best to do laundry, etc. Wish all utility apps would copy what cirro have for water and gas since it is super helpful. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I'm a new customer to cirro. I'm looking forward to lower bills. My problem is the app. I've tried several times to enter my account information, but it keeps v telling me my last name doesn't match their records. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times. Any suggestions.
