Warning: Do NOT trust this app with your money! I transferred funds through nsave and my money has been stuck with no resolution. Support keeps making excuses and blaming other banks, but nothing gets fixed and they never give a clear answer. Even as a pro user, I feel completely scammed. Avoid nsave or you risk losing your money and getting no real help.

I trusted Nsave with my finances as a premium user, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Without any warning or explanation, my account was suddenly closed, leaving me locked out with three pending withdrawals, including one for $1,000. What’s worse? There was no email notification, no support follow-up, and I was left in the dark for days. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and all I get are vague responses.

Hi there, we only close accounts suspected with fraud, and we always return the money to the senders or the defrauded parties. If your account was wrongfully closed, it will be reinstated. I have been utilizing the Nsave platform and value the safe, effective international banking service it offers. I would like to propose a worthwhile enhancement, though: allowing the use of international ID cards in addition to international passports for identity verification. Many users, like myself, may not have instant access to a valid passport, but they do have secure, verifiable, internationally recognized government-issued identification cards.
