this is as bad as it gets. I deposited money into my account and then tried to send it to a local bank account and the transaction got declined 3 times, and keep it mind that there is a 4 hour period between each one to get declined so it's painfully slow. I reached out or support and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing about it, they kept telling me that they were connecting me with someone who can solve the issue but they never get back to me. my money is stuck. atp it's kinda a scam really

I used it for transactions only. but don't trust to invest in stock it's have 10 minutes delay for stock market and never allow you to get your funds out almost 99 times out of 100? I don't get it. I tried it for stock trading but it never allow you to trade fairly. if stock at least giving nsave 2% profit. only then allow you to sell. Simple conclusion. beware it has no use.

Worst experience ever. First they only verified the GBP account and I deposited some cash in it. Then they kept on verifying the USD account for like 10 times and it didn't work. They said it's an issue with their partner. Now the funds are stuck. Can't convert them to USD because, USD account isn't active. Can't use Card to spend anywhere because it's been rejected every where I have used and there is not a single clue about the card transactions in the app. And they said we are sorry.
