Ratings and reviews

Worst experience ever. First they only verified the GBP account and I deposited some cash in it. Then they kept on verifying the USD account for like 10 times and it didn't work. They said it's an issue with their partner. Now the funds are stuck. Can't convert them to USD because, USD account isn't active. Can't use Card to spend anywhere because it's been rejected every where I have used and there is not a single clue about the card transactions in the app. And they said we are sorry.

Do not rely on this app for accessing your money. A transfer method I used repeatedly (USD → local USD bank account) suddenly became unavailable with “transfer method not supported,” without clear advance notice. Support could not give a straight answer on whether it’s permanent, temporary, or account-specific. This is not acceptable for a financial service.

nsave worked very well for me as I am now using it for almost the 3rd months, the only problem is that I have not received my card form the Nsave moreover sometimes the payments may take up to 3 5 working days if sent from outside UK, otherwise all good and their support team is also very good. They are available most of the time incase of any inquiries
