Tried to use it for the first time, needing an emergency tow was stuck on the highway. Submitted a claim through the app and after 30 minutes or so no response called to see what was going on the person on the phone submitted a second claim weighted 2 hours again no response. Finally just called my insurance company and used them they had a truck to me in 30 minutes. Do not recommend BG roadside assistance!!!

I've tried to register my second vehicle onto the app after activating, but it only allows me to list the model & nothing else & doesn't remember that with no recourse.
