The platform digitizes the complete trainer lifecycle, starting from onboarding and registration. Trainers can access a dedicated onboarding portal where their details are validated against the SEBI SMART trainer list. Eligible trainers can request registration with NSE through a secure OTP-based process. Once approved, the system automatically generates work orders, reducing manual effort and ensuring faster onboarding.
IAP Outreach also offers a secure self-service portal for trainers. Through their login, trainers can submit session requests for approval, upload and modify supporting documents, raise reimbursement claims, and track approval or payment status in real time.
