I had a very poor experience using this app. Despite repeated attempts, none of the issues I faced were properly resolved, and the response from the support team was unsatisfactory and unhelpful. As a parent, I expect a stable and reliable application, but unfortunately this app fails to meet even basic expectations. The most frequent problem is auto log-out, which happens without any reason. Every time the app logs out, I am forced to log in again, making it extremely inconvenient to use.

Hi, Whenever I access the parent app, it shows a “Token Expired” message. I then have to clear the cache and storage and log in again using OTP each time. This is happening frequently. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

not getting popup while receiving messages from school. everytime need to open app and check whether any message is there. kindly rectify the issue.
