■What is mobile data recovery service (online pickup)?　
This is a service that allows our specialized staff to retrieve data from a device that has stopped powering on or is no longer able to view data due to water exposure or damage, and restores the data to a new device. You can receive data anytime and anywhere without having to visit the store again.

■How to use
Please bring the mobile phone containing the data you wish to restore to a Docomo Shop and apply for the "Mobile Data Recovery Service (online pickup)".
When you receive notification that your data has been successfully restored, please install this app and download the recovered data to your new smartphone/tablet.
To use it, you will need the d account (ID/password) of the contracted line at the time of application.
