●How to use
After downloading the d Car Share app, register as a member.
*You must upload your driver's license when registering as a member.
You will receive a message once your membership registration has been reviewed, and then you can reserve and use a car according to your usage situation.

●Payment method
You can choose from the following methods to pay for car sharing.
1.d point
2.d card
*D card mini cannot be used.
3. Combined payment of telephone charges
*d payment balance application cannot be used.
4.Credit card
If you wish to use a debit card or prepaid card, please read the notes below and fully understand the characteristics before using.
*Limited to one-time payment. JCB and overseas issued credit cards cannot be used.

●Frequently asked questions
Q: Please tell me how to join d Car Share.
A: You can register as a member by clicking [New Member Registration] at the bottom of the d Car Share app home screen or [Free Member Registration] on the d Car Share site.
If you have a d account, you can register even if you are not a Docomo line subscriber. If you do not have a d account, you can easily issue one for free from the membership registration screen.

To register as a member, you will need to take a photo of the applicant's driver's license, etc.
*Minor driver's license is currently not supported. Please register using your traditional driver's license.

Confirmation and review of registration details may take more than 24 hours.

Q: What do I need to become a d Car Share member?
A: The following items are required.

●“d account”
It can be easily issued for free even if you are not a Docomo line subscriber. It can also be issued when registering as a member through the d Car Share app or website. In addition, if you have a d account, you can collect and use d points, as well as use them for other services.

●“Driver’s license”
*Minor driver's license is currently not supported. A traditional driver's license is required.
A driver's license valid in Japan issued by the Public Safety Commission of each prefecture (large-sized license (class 1/2), medium-sized license (class 1/2), semi-medium-sized license (class 1), or regular license (class 1/2) specified in the Road Traffic Act)
*Only original color photos can be accepted.

(If the address is different from the one on the driver's license)
●“Supplementary documents”
A document that can confirm all of the document issuer, date of issue within 6 months, and the person's name and current address.
*Documents with My Number printed on them cannot be accepted.
*Only original color photos can be accepted.

Q: After applying for d Car Share membership registration, when can I start using the service?
A: As a result of DoCoMo's confirmation of your membership registration details, you will be able to use the service as soon as your membership registration is complete.

The results of checking your membership registration details will be notified via notification on the d Car Share app and via email.
It may take more than 24 hours to confirm and review your registration details.
*If you have obtained your driver's license for less than a year, you cannot join Mitsui Car Shares.

Q: Can I display the receipt?
A: For car sharing, you can display a [usage slip and receipt] for each use by clicking the [Display Receipt] button after the charges are confirmed (by the end of the month following the month of use) for credit card payments and combined telephone charges.


・The [Display Receipt] button will not be displayed before the price is confirmed, so you will not be able to display the [Usage Slip and Receipt].
・The amount paid from the "Uncompleted Payments" list will be marked as "Deferred Payment."
・It is not possible to display multiple usage slips and receipts at once.
・The equivalent amount paid with d points or coupons cannot be included in the amount received.
・Please receive the receipt for convenience store payment at the time of payment at the convenience store.
・For rental cars, please pick up a receipt at each rental car store.

◆About treatment under tax law
Please confirm the validity of the [usage slip and receipt] displayed on d Car Share for purposes such as expense settlement.
