This is the d-account settings app provided by NTT Docomo.

You can verify your identity and check, change, and restore your account settings.

Identity Verification

Completing identity verification will enable you to send/receive d-points and facilitate the smooth recovery of your d-account.

Having trouble logging in?

You can request account recovery and investigation through the app.

Important Notes

・This app can be used even by those without a Docomo mobile phone contract.

・It can be used via either mobile data connection or Wi-Fi connection.

・If you do not have a d-account, please create one from "New Registration" to use the app.

・This app is pre-installed on Android devices purchased from Docomo. It is not possible to install/update this app from the Play Store.

*If you are using Galaxy S26 SC-51G, S26+ SC-52G, or S26 Ultra SC-53G, the update may be displayed as available due to device specifications, but it is not available. Please be aware of this in advance.
