【How to Use】

■ Initial Setup
① Launch the d Photo app.
② Check the terms and conditions and tap "Agree".
③ Set up email newsletter subscriptions and tap "Next".
④ Initial setup complete.
Tap "Use d Photo" to start using it!

■ Automatic Photo Upload
① Tap "Settings" in the menu.
② Change automatic backup settings.
You can change the settings for "Communication settings," "Files to back up," "File type," and "Backup timing."

■ Manually upload photos
① Access your device folder.
② Select photos.
Select the photos you want to upload from your album, click "Save for backup," and the upload is complete.

By using "WEB Album," you can view and download photos stored in d Photo from your PC.

■When I tried to print, I was told to install a different app. (I was able to do it with the d Photo app before.)
To improve customer convenience, we have prepared the "d Photo Print app" specifically for the print service function.

■How do I store more than 5GB of photos?

For those who want to save more photos or need more storage capacity, we recommend the "Cloud Storage Option." This is a convenient option service that allows you to store plenty of photos, videos, and important files, and you can choose the storage capacity that suits your needs.

■What happens to d Photo if I switch to ahamo, irumo, or docomo mini?

If a d Photo user switches to the "ahamo," "irumo," or "docomo mini" rate plan, the following will happen.

■Photo Storage Function (d Photo app/d Photo WEB Album)

This function is available by contracting one of the following services.

* d Photo Print Service Function (Monthly fee: 594 yen (tax included))
* Cloud Storage Option (Monthly fee: Plus 10GB - 110 yen (tax included), Plus 25GB - 275 yen (tax included), Plus 50GB - 440 yen (tax included))
Currently, if you are a Docomo subscriber (excluding ahamo, irumo, or docomo mini) and are using the free 5GB of storage, and wish to continue using it after migrating to ahamo, irumo, or docomo mini, please be sure to subscribe to either "d Photo (Print Service Function)" or the "Cloud Storage Option" before migrating to ahamo, irumo, or docomo mini.
If you do not do the above, all photos and videos you have stored up to that point will be deleted.
